Right, I'm finally getting serious about my design workshop. I've set up a to talk about, and get feedback on, my games-in-progress, but I welcome more general contributions from folks about game mechanics and other game design-related issues particularly pertinent to the games I'm creating (these are mainly narrative games currently- over time, I'll start working on more traditional adventuring or fantasy games). Over the coming weeks I'll be adding info about all the games that are currently in the process of being teased out of my brain and onto Word documents on my laptop. The community is public, so if you want to join, go right ahead! Oh, and there's an indyhippo website coming soon also, and a for projects already completed and published. Hope to see some o' y'all there :)

Have added a mission statement, and am currently waiting for a logo (ETA mid-April). Some of you might know the artist, but I want to keep their identity hidden for now.

EDIT: Temporary Logo added for design lab. Still waiting for logo for indyhippo main site.

Thanks Rob! I meant what I said about a collaborative forum-based design process- I think it's the way forward.

Apologies everybody. I deleted the previous iterations of these communities when I realised that their being private sounded unwelcoming and was likely to put people off. They're now completely public and open, which reflects better my attitude to life in general. Do join them, and we'll get this party started!
