Another good Manga is "Brain Powered." I watched back when i lived in Japan and the manga translation is pretty solid. its a neat take on Mecha that bridges the gap between Macross (lots of military-style mecha) and Evangelion (a couple of really big and important mecha).

Oh... talking about Macross reminds me of the series. My favorite is still the 4 ep. series Macross Plus. Great graphics, nifty story. Really really worth looking in to.

When I do get a chance to watch anime, I've been watching mostly unlicensed fan-subs that I get off of the internet, from sites like . Good stuff.
