A Question on Game Preview Submissions

This morning I got an E-mail with a new game to be posted on our site - the "Para-Space Roleplaying System". Taking a look at the website mentioned in the rules () it turns out what the submission was the introductory rules, while the full game requires purchasing.

So what is our policy on cases like these? I believe 1km1kt.net is dedicated specifically to free games, not "indie games" or free previews. It doesn't seem right to me to post their sixty page preview on our site.

Perhaps Keeton our Glorious Benefactor could make a counter offer of placing a banner ad mentioning their site? Or should we have a section for non-mainstream publishers?

Tough question.

I'm not sure, because of this.

Is what they submitted a playable RPG?

We're not here to support commercial games. If the PDF is free and the print book is paid for - that's ok but Lite versions of games are not acceptable. Some of the stuff in the archive isn't very playable but they are all free without caveat.
