App to create and edit pdfs?

What application do you use to create and edit pdf files? I searched for them for a bit, but I can't find any. Except PDFCreator which is a piece of crap cause it's only for that crappy Windows. I don't use Windows.

Well, a lot of people do use Windows. Where did you find PDFCreator, and is it free?

It will read MS Word docs and can make PDF files.

There is one called pdf 995 that is a good free one and has a lot of options to it, it's what I use and you can find it

It also has a couple other features to do other things too, just breeze through the site and it will show you everything.
