The only game shop around here is only open two days a week and specifically does not stock RPG stuff as it doesn't sell in this area. (It is really more of a clubhouse to run Magic Tournaments.)
I suppose I could print 20 copies of Wyred to hand out, and reserve a room at a coffee shop, but I'm not sure of the practicality of that plan.

even if this doesn't work for this year, I feel the site could band together and make an annual MonkeyCon. log in on free rpg day and enjoy!!!
