Making a game on a poster

So, we've done one page, 24 hour, ingredients based, here's another way to make a game: on a poster. The wonderful John Ross has popped Risus on a single poster:
http://www.redbubble.com/people/sjohnro ... g-on-stuffI appreciate that the poster isn't free but what a cool idea. I wonder what other firm factors are possible? System on a mug? On a T-shirt?
Another idea that's popped in us "pass the parcel". Back in my winner days, I used to do a lot of Photoshop. We would do " collabs" where someone started and you passed the PSD from person to person, adding images etc as you went. Would anyone be up for this?

A game n a mug would have your health bar as a vertical gauge on the inside of the mug - when you take damage, you take a sip... Possibly a drinking game as well.
I like the "pass the parcel" idea. Would it be the creation of the game, or the game mechanic itself?

The whole thing: setting, mechanics, images, examples, gm section, as much as possible. I was thinking of having a zip file filled with one html and a bunch of images. Most people can do html and images and it's easy to publish. After a certain number of passed (10?) then the game is formatted, spell checked, laid out and added to 1km1kt.
Sounds like fun.

No-no, I meant,
is the "pass the parcel" principle an actual game mechanic? So is the game played by "passing the parcel", with everybody adding something? Of course, it's hard to do an RPG proper in this format, it's more fit for a collaborative world-building / storytelling game of sorts...
I like the idea, and would like to give it a spin, given as I have a wee bit more free time on my hands than usual.

oic, that is devious! I think having pass the parcel as a game mechanic would be interesting but you would need to have an entire group of players who can create quickly. I think for some players the pressure of "creating something cool" as part of the mechanic would be stressful and not much fun.

Okay, I think I'm ready to partake in this challenge! But we probably need some more people... At least one more.
Oh, and we need an idea for the game. So far we are only talking modus operandi.

I think the person who starts will set it in motion. I think everyone else then gets to bend it. I'm happy to start and yes, let's find another.

Okay, cool! I think if we start, it will be easier to get a third person, when they see what it's all about.
One thing: I don't have Photoshop... I use GIMP for my graphical needs.

I'm thinking of keeping the graphics as JPEGs. I imagine that people will tend to add more graphics rather than change existing - unless there is some sort of map, of course.
