Jeff, the APA is dying both because collections of dead trees to communicate and memorialize information is headed the way of the dodo (not saying I approve, as I'm a Luddite who thinks computers are demon-spawn, but that's just reality), combined with the easier it is to communicate the less people who can/will do it well and are ready, willing and able to contribute to APAs. A&E is put out by a fascinating woman named Lee Gold, who was involved in the rpg hobby at least since D&D was those three little booklets and who has authored games herself; like most of us, ahem, middle-aged folks involved in rpgs she was a science-fiction fan long before. I found it through Dave Hargrave, author of the Arduin Grimores, sometime around '77, was a member from around issue #33 for roughly 100 issues. Eventually found that between circumstances and how I wanted to play rpgs changing, I just plain had nothing to say so stopped contributing. Yes, it's still in existence. Here's how to find it....
