That's simply amazing! What's so great about it imho is that while funny, it points out a strength of TT RPGs that you just can't do in an MMO.

I've always been partial to the section heading in Mekton Zeta "Kissing a slug is no fun". Actually, the whole chapter that contains that section is awesome, it has some of the best advice for running a game I've read, as well as great insight into the methods behind anime drama. More books should have discussions of their genre and conventions.

Oddly enough, most of the games I have allow players access to high energy lasers, assault armor, tanks - at least four allow PCs to have nuclear weapons - yet none really have intros as violent as the ones list previously.
