I was thinking about the university event. It could work out saying that you could pick any skill that has Intelligence methods.

With the University Event you may want to look at expanding it,
to allow for the player to choose the Area of Study.
As just going to Univetsity doesn't really train you for anything.
So maybe allow the player to pick:
Degree in:
Engeneering, Military History, Medicine, Literature
- benefit Events related to the area of study cost 1sp less,
- or the player can pick a trick to recive +1 (much like the signature trick)

BTW:
Liking the new additions to the wiki.
Just keep in mind much of the Americas was opened up and settled by
Pinoneers, and Trappers(Mountain Men). They could be useful to add. :)

I re-visited SPF today, to find that there were a few alterations made in 2013!

I noticed the addition of your own illustrations. Generally, they are fine*, but for me they just don't fit stylistically with the theme and the rest of the illustrations. Wouldn't it be better to make them black and white (maybe in some sort of an engraved style) rather than color? Or maybe work with a limited palette - maybe in a way resembling chiaroscuro woodcuts (one color for line-art + a few additional colors for highlights/shading etc.)?

* Gotta love the smirking gentleman (p. 5) and the scientist (p. 47)!

I agree. When I started working on pictures I was just learning how to paint digitally. I want to revisit the art work and see if I can do better now. I should also deal a lot more in sepias. Still I have a lot of trouble with steampunk art. I love it, but actually doing it is really hard. I'm working on an intermediate project now that might help refine my style.
