A dorm should have gamers somewhere, I'd check your school activity postings, find CCG or minecraft groups show up at an event and ask around if there are any table top players.
I started a wiki, everyone's free to join, and it has forums to discuss on (so I can let 1km1kt be free of constant spam):
Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the first draft PDF available, so that means I've made the plain text "Version 1.2" file available. There still needs to be:
More Maneuvers and Masteries Events fleshed out Setting Overhaul And probably more
That said, I've done the following:
High-energy and low-energy scenes (scrapped the old way) Added World League legal stuff to the law section Credits And also probably more. I've rewritten some stuff for quality, and there's been about 3 or 4 pages of new stuff (removing the stupid scenes method set me back some).
Also, I'm working on an automatic spreadsheet that will tell players what dice to use, how to handle stamina, and whatnot. It'll be using Libre Office natively, but should be compatible with everything else (it's just got mostly =SUM stuff), though the Linux Biolinium font may not transfer. As of now there's just finishing up the Inventory grid, Lifestyle/Fabrication items, and Implants, and it'll automatically handle pretty much everything but character advancement (I can't get a health/stamina cap on, but that's minor and arbitrary anyway). Also, Lifestyle and Fabrication items will not follow any set rules, so GMs will have to decide whether or not to allow that High-Grade body armor.
EDIT 1: Maybe I should include this:
EDIT 2:

Yeah man, don't sweat it. Summers are always busy times. We've barely gotten to game at all. My blog hits are down. People are just busy and our moderators have all been struck down by that disease called murphy's law (I swear, if I ever see that guy, I'm going to pop him in the nose for making that law, this is all his fault!).
Getting interest in a project is a slow process, people have to be distracted from what they're doing and it takes several distractions. It goes something like this.
Distraction 1. Hmm, that's interesting, oh well back to work. 2. This guy's busy, I wish I could get that much done. 3. He's still going at it? 4. Wow, he even has interesting things to say once in a while, I'll download his game and look at it. 5. Oh yeah, I was going to look at his game. 6. Oh yeah, I was going to look at his game. 7. I really should read that PDF 8. Arg, I'll open the PDF and skim it. 9. There's Kyle again, I'll tell him I skimmed his PDF and thought a few thoughts. 10. He said something in reply I didn't pick up in my skim. I'll have to look that up and reply. 11. I'm too busy to continue this discussion, it's taken too much time. 12. There's Kyle again, hope he's doing well. 13. Hmm. Kyle seems a little down, I'll tell him to keep it up. 14. Ah, he's back, that's good, I can ignore him now, someone else will take an interest. 15. No one else is taking an interest, I'll post a belated reply. 16. I'll put his RSS in my feed reader. 17. That's a good post. 18. Good post, I'll comment on it. 19. I have to keep up the comments so Kyle knows I haven't abandoned him. 20. I have to keep up the comments so Kyle knows I haven't abandoned him. 21. I wonder what Kyle thinks of me commenting so often, I hope I'm not bugging him. 22. One of these days, I should make up a character. 23. One of these days, I should make up a character. 24. One of these days, I should make up a character. 25. Dangit, I'm making a character.
The spreadsheet made everything lot easier, for me at least. I've created a character, a sniper with a 'tude, nothing original, but good for testing. Will try some rolls with him later on.
(Oh, and I'm an Open Office user, so that's a bonus )
The creator of that site was actually kind enough to build a dice script for me. That said, you will have to add your own modifiers, but that's the easy part.

I was hoping to run a Kickstarter project to raise money for artist stuff by the end of the month, but since I'm a full time student who just sprained his wrist, it's going to be delayed for at least a while so I can finish typesetting and writing with both hands.
EDIT: As a side note, this means that the wiki will get updates, since CTRL-C and CTRL-V are workable single-handedly, while typesetting can't really get done with a laptop trackpad.

Bumping with proto-artwork. Yeah, I drew this myself, so it's one of the worst things ever, but it's still in unfinished states. But it's getting done!
Any feedback is requested- the color scheme is not static, but I felt it was a strong, striking mixture (and reminiscent of other things). It still needs at least:
Text (with a poster-style font, current is a placeholder) Working on the bottom bit, which may be mostly trashed
Grunge More Buildings Display in actual proportions (a lot of the right is cut off, but there's nothing of interest there yet)
Also, note that this *is* a propaganda poster, and sorta lies through its teeth about the Continent City's wall height. And building size. And everything.
