French translation

Hello everyone!

I am a French student in desperate need of activities since I have no job or internship for my long summer vacations. Although I am not a big RPG player, I am familiar with what they are, how they work and the most well-known fantasy/sci-fi/fantastic worlds. I found very interesting free RPGs in your community, and I wanted to translate one of them in order to play with my friends. Then I figured that it would be a good idea to ask if one of the authors who wander here would be interesting in an collaboration with me and have its game translated into French.

Since I am not a professional I can not ask for money in exchange of my work but I do not mind because I fully understand and agree with the concept of free games; the only consideration I ask for is that the french version mentions my name as translator. I have a lot of time available and I am willing to do a meticulous job by translating not only the rules and tables but the lores and narrative texts as well. Would any of you be interested in seeing one of your creations played oversea? :D

Ferdinand.

Welcome, Ferdinand!

Maybe you could translate one of the 24h RPG competition winners?

You're totally allowed to translate any of my books. Since they're creative commons, you have permission by default. SPF would probably be much easier than The Artifact.

Thank you for your enthusiasm, I would rather start with a fifty pages game because I do not want to give up halfway through. SPF seems interesting enough but please if you read this topic feel free to post whatever game you would like me to work on. I do not know the games of this forum very well and I would be interested in discovering more of them.
