I'm starting work on this next (after finishing up the fictional setting for 1940 - England Invaded!).

Anyone got any thoughts on what need attention the most (yes, I know it needs a complete overhaul, but specifically what could be better, how could I improve it etc?).

Anyone actually played/planning to play it, would be interesting to hear about. I saw that someone at the Forge has played it, but when I asked him about it he went shy and never appeared again!

I thought I'd let you know that I've been cracking on with this and have about 50 pages of written material now. I have added tons more background material, detailing the Dreamscapers and how they came into being, going all the way back to the Greek Dream Temples and the Greek God Asklepios.
I've got Andrew Navarro () doing a cover and some internal work and his preliminary concept sketches are looking pretty good. Ben Morgan () is also doing some interior work and a character sheet.
I've still got buttloads of work to do on the system itself and it is probably here that I will need playtesters, feedback, rule suggestions, criticism and so on. So, anyone want a playtest copy, let me know - but I do expect decent feedback from anyone who asks for a copy and in a reasonable timescale too. I'm aiming for early in the New Year.

The artwork for Dreamscape is nearly all in now, just waiting on the last two pieces. The game background and other fluff is just about (re)written, bar a few minor things. The rules have had a complete overhaul and are totally different from the 24-hour version, for a less 'crunchy', more narrative feel and I'm working on the scenario that will be included, together with one or two adventure seeds. I'm hopeful that the release date will be February 2005, but that depends on the playtesting the new rules, of course.

Simon. I couldn't help but notice I was going through most of the pdf games you've made and almost ALL of the top borders butt right up against the margin of the paper. I was wondering why you do this? Since most printers will leave about a 1/8 inch around the whole paper, parts of the picture will be cut off? :?
