Geez that was hard. Coming up with stuff to write wasn't hard - that was too easy. It was having time to cram it all in. I didn't even format the thing or give it a contents page. I had a really nice idea for a front cover and some simple illustrations I could get done and scanned in maybe three hours - no time. Didn't even put in proper character creation and advancement stuff.

Rats.

I concur!

When I first started, I was thinking that I'd never hit 24 pages. I ended up with 26 and still didn't get everything I wanted into the game. I at least got character creation, advancement, and sheets out of the way, but I had to skip some rules and examples that might have helped a lot.

Also sorely lacking from mine: example of play, lists o' stuff, some more setting material and ideas on what to run with the game. Woo...so much stuff I would have liked to put in, but just no time.

PS. A good run through to edit it would have been nice too.

This was the first time I did this, so I didn't really know what I was expecting to happen. But I got a lot of the stuff that I wanted, but I'm sure that I left a lot out, and I know there are some things that need to be clarified. And I feel bad about not having any artwork. (Though that's more my lack of artistic skill.) But this won't stop me from trying again...
