Well, it's finished. I'm relatively pleased with the result, principally because it seemd to flow so easily from my initial core concept. I think that bodes well for developing the system further. Plus, it's got kewl powerz. :P
In short, I wanted to develop a target-number system that focuses more on the result than is typical. For example, in d20, if you beat the target's armor class, you hit. If you make your saving throw, you fight of the poison. In both cases, it doesn't matter how much you beat the target number by. I also did a little experimenting with multiple complimentary bonuses.
I'm a little disappointed that I didn't have more time for art, formatting, and layout. Frankly, I find that stuff to be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, an unexpected trip to the auto repair shop put the kaibosh on that.
I am planning on polishing it up, developing it further, and releasing it. So, thoughts, critiques, and feedback are greatly appreciated.
