I hereby declare my intention to design a game incorporating all five ingredients and abiding by all six rule limitations.

Anyone care to join me?

At the moment I'm seeing Entomology hard to fit anywhere, and I'm still struggling to figure out a good way to combine Dice- and Card-based mechanics...

[appear out of shadow]

As soon as I saw the Ingredients list, I knew that someone would attempt to use them all. Perhaps many someones.

I salute your ambition, Thomas. But beware! There's more to cuisine than throwing every ingredient in Kitchen Stadium into the pot! If the flavors don't harmonize together in the starlet's mouth, it could all be for nought.

It would have no character sheet, and fixed characters.

"You are Bob, from accounting. You have all the regular accounting skills. Don't forget that, and don't write it down."

And a resolution system that derives three peices of information from a single die roll, uses color in some way (which could help with the three bits), and designer made cards. That's quite a set up already, but don't forget that certain hand-motions have an in-game effect as well! What a system!

"Bob, did you just wipe the sweat from your doomed forehead? Draw a card, pray for a yellow die and roll! I can't wait to see what you've just wiped yourself into!"
