Well, I've got a TFO in The Tea-Party, because I've got an hourglass timer in it.

However, I've decided that I DFC* - I'm more interested in the game, than the win. If I find another use for 'glass' in my game, then great. If not, that's fine too.

* DFC stands for "don't care", in case you're wondering.

Holy crap, I think ALL of my ingredients are TFOs except for Law (in my "The Hegemony").

AWESOME. I throw up the horns and accept my fate. Because I'm in the zone here, this game is rocking.

I hope that I make the distinction a little, because literally Acting IS the resolution mechanic for diplomacy (no dice, cards, etc), and all the players form a real Team working against other teams of players around the world, there is no "GM" within that group, everyone is on the same side. It's like a cooperative thing. But with a little backstabbing for fun.
