This looks pretty cool. I've got a couple of suggestions for you, and als a couple of questions, hope that's OK.
Suggestion #1 - The kingdom needs a line of succession. If the king dies, someone should inherit (unless there is a coup.) This leads to:
Suggestion #2 - If a player loses authority, it passes to the next player in the line of succession. So if the king loses 5 authority, the crown prince gains 5 authority. This will also help players catch up with the king!
Suggestion #3, and Questions - You need to be much clearer about what the player goals are. Is it to become king (or queen)? Are there other goals that the players can pursue? How do the rules support the players in stating and reaching their goals?
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hello again.
I've made some improvements to the game today. (End of the day is really near now here in Hungary.)
I introduced so called style points: Steel, Law and Team points to the game. A number of this points will be bid instead of Authority when a Battle takes place (that's all the time there's a conflict in a Story).
The proportion of style points spent by the winner of a session will determine what type of an ending the character with the second most Authority will suffer. This means if the winner spent Steel points most of the time during actual play, he'll have to narrate an end of the style "Steel" for the loosing side.
The catch is that the number of style points doesn't increase during play, only between sessions. This growth is really tiny for styles which already featured the endgame of a session, thus generating a higher chance to emphasize other styles of play. If someone managed to overthrow a king with the power of Steel for example, it's not likely another session will end with removal of a character by Steel.
Since I won't have the opportunity of playtesting the game before the deadline there will be some numbers in the text (initial value and growth of style points for example) which will be most likely not appropiate for the time limit of 3 hours. Might be they get too little and players can't fight the number of battles they want to. I'm hoping this isn't the case but am not sure of it right now.
Anyway I'll try to manage getting a draft online sometimes tomorrow.
