Entry (sort of): All Thieves Are Gay Anyway

This is a bit embarrassing. But, last night, I got bored and wrote a game in four hours. It started out as an attempt to use all the Game Chef ingredients in the most obvious, dull way possible and ended up as a Dungeons and Dragons parody.
It's pretty awful, really. Having said that, I think it would be enormously fun to play.
Anyway, it's submitted now, so I can't go back on it. On the bright side, it uses a Dreidel for resolution, which is rather fun.

Dude, you're going to give the Gods of Death game a run for its money on best title in the competition.

Oh, don't be fooled by the title, the game's crap.
Although, having said that, it was very educational writing a game in a deliberately sloppy style. I'd write things like "any player who hasn’t had a go for a while spins the Dreidel" and then think that, actually, that wasn't a bad way to divide up turns. Most people know who's had a go recently and who hasn't.
So, yes, it was interesting and fun to write.

Hilarious. I love "Dudgeon Master," and that character sheet is genius.
Do monsters hit back?

So does the GM ever get to spin the dreidle for the monsters?
Assuming that he does, it's a good thing PCs are easy to generate, since four hits on average are all that a PC can take before dying.
I think for this game to be fun it would require one more item, a liquid of at least 80 proof to put in the drinking glass.
Hey, does anyone know if you spell mastool with a shin?

You really don't. Reading this game takes 10 minutes of your life you'll never get back.

I hope I'm not taking this too seriously, but I found interesting that at no point do you specify that the object of the game is to get the most gold. Obviously, the reason thieves are gaaaaay is that they steal the gold instead of earning it like real players - by killing things.

The world needs more dreidel-powered games, frankly. It's the randomizer of the future - and the past!
