First Draft: Decade

I'm particularly interested in thoughts about how I can escalate the game to have a "bang" of some kind in the final session - or if that will happen naturally as people take their characters through a decade of time.
Also, are the rules clear? Does it make sense? Do you think you could play this game, and would you want to?
There are still a few minor sections to add, and the whole thing needs to be edited and laid out . . . but this is a start.
