For probably the twelfth time, Tony glances at the yellow "Do Not Take with Alcohol" warning label, pops the tablet in his mouth and washes it down with the last of of his third (or is it fourth?) lager. Then he sets his head down and tries to get his breathing under control and heart rate to an acceptable level until the meds kick in, focusing on the stranger still calling for service nearby as some sort of stabilty.
