"There's a wasteland? Armageddon? Oh, right. It must be Sunday then. Of course we must move on, there's no staying here" Keeps squinting around as though having difficulties making out his surroundings, then he seems to recall himself "Oh yes, I'm John Jeeves. Nice to meet you Tony." *tries to shake hands*

ok two things

1) MAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *falls over laughing* Dear lord I love it! great intro

2)As the low sound reaches its Pinnacle a quick view out the window shows what seems like a heat distortion wave moving quickly towards you. As it pass by/through thing in its race, it seems to effect nothing. Before your can react it throws you all to the back wall with sever force. Quizzically it seems to have ONLY effected you three......

Bertie dives under a table, only to look up and see it disintegrate.

"Oh my goodness!" he says.

[Kuma, need a bit more description of what is going on, sir]

so sorry there...my brain has been mint jelly as of late. lets try that again with more...feeling?

You turn towards the window as the low sound reaches its Pinnacle. The view out the window shows what seems like a heat distortion wave moving quickly towards you. Your heart sinks with quixotically fear as it pass by/through building, and other objects in its race, it seems to effect nothing. Not a widow shatters, not a piece of rubbish is blown along. It moves with great speed and force, but acts like a dilution. What seems more out of place, the closer is proximity the more it seem to warp the air in tangible a tangible shape. A legion of translucent hands, all skeletal in form, rush reaching out for you! However, Before your can react it throws you all to the back wall with sever force. AS it passes it seems to have ONLY effected you three, the bar and all its contents seem unfazed at the distortions passing......

ok hopefully my brain was working this time

Bertie screams at the top of his lungs "BLOODY HELL! Help! HELP!".

Bertie will try and prise himself off the wall. If he manages to, he will fetch a whiskey from the bar.

Jeeves blinks and shakes his head back and forth, and tries to clear his ears of cloggage. He just stays wherever the thing put him though.

"I don't recall anything like that from my reading! And I don't think we should wait around long enough to write the book. You've got me convinced to leave now rather than when it gets light. Let me take a pill, grab some stuff.. err how long has it been since my last... [checks watch]

(Has the phenomenon affected items on our person/is my watch still running?)

"Anyone want a drink?" says Bertie, duting off a 8 year old malt, slapping down three shot glasses and pouring a healthy amount into each. He downs his own immediately and refills.

"We need a plan. Without a plan, we're just standing about. How about we find another *hic* population centre or maybe a government building or something. Away from the epicentre. Let's go there."
