Merits (turn-ons and offs sounds a bit sexual, no? ): 7
Flaws: 8
Oh geez. A lot of variance in the powers if I'm rolling 3d%! Here goes...
Powers: First roll- 74(%?), Second roll- 80, Third roll- 13
