Really digging this ICAR material BTW. I'm continuing to work on my first sweep of edits. Now reading through the background.
It brings about allot of questions, which I've noted in my edits.
v4 is good stuff, and is IMHO very close to public consumption. I am amazed by the amount of material still.
How long did it take you to write all this up initially??
