I have just uploaded the latest release of Icar version 4. There are loads of updates, mostly in the equipment index section of the rules, which has been moved over from the old equipment index.

Personally, this release is an important one. Moving and re-rendering all the weapons for the equipment index section of the core rules was a mountain of work. Even though I had a good workflow of load-render-cut-crop-save-stats, it still took forever to complete. When you have a wall of work to climb up, it takes more than a normal amount of effort to get up it! I would find that sitting down in the evenings to work on it was more than I could handle and would end up settling for playing some games. During the meanwhile, Icar isn't being written and the hump is still there.

I do like that Brick Shit House get Intimidation skill for free at 40%, like we talked about

Thanks DOC, that's superb feedback thank you! An Environment Suit is the basic Moss EV suit that you can find in the Armour section. The XXXXXXXXX is so that I know it needs to be a hyperlink when I go through and link/index the whole document.

I took out High Pain Threshold, sorry. Would you prefer it over one of the others?

Hi Doc, no worries, the indexing task is huge and will need me to run at it for a couple of days!

the Scav Security skeleton only comes with a basic EV suit. This is because the characters begin at rock bottom. If they had the cash to afford better then they wouldn't have to do the rotten job in the first place! Of course, the GM always has the right to override them but I think it's more interesting for the upgrade to be bought at a later date.
