[FUBAR] A life of it's own

Just thought I'd share with everyone that I've uploaded my Cyberpunk Revival Project game "FUBAR" in a few locations.

I have no idea how many downloads it's had here, but from my own website I've had 300 odd uploads since July 1st, and over on it's been available as a free download for three days and has generated 155 downloads in that time. I even got a 5 star review from some who claims that after a single session, they've already started to make plans to run a campaign.

I guess this means I'm going to have to keep working on the project.

I'm certainly never intending to charge for the game, but I'm thinking of an idea to make the core rules free then offer a range of expansions and genre supplements at a nominal charge. Hook them with the first taste, then lure them in with some tempting delicacies once they're interested.

First expansion...a campaign guide. How to turn a single session vengeance fest into an ongoing drama (akin to something like "Burn Notice").

Thanks for setting up the conditions for ideas to catalyse in my head. I think I've finally developed the game I've been trying to get out for the last couple of years. It might not have been awfully cyberpunk, but it no longer needs to be.

I hope you realise the potential of that game!
