here you are O'evil one...character creation goes as normal after this so...tag your it!

1 for head=mouse,
You were cursed/blessed with the sweet and cuddly head of a mouse. While it is the right size for your body, its still not a smart one.
*Think:2, Sense: 2, +2 to Nice social skills.

4 for torso=Ball O’ hair
Whatever you look like underneath, no one would know. Your body is covered in long thick wild hair/fur. Friends try to pet you sometimes.
*tough:3, -2 cold damage taken, +1 to ALL social rolls

20 for arms= Frinkles
Your arm are standard length, and covered with a ton of extra skin! You have bags O flesh, and wrinkles on your wrinkles....and can hide stuff in there too
*Strong: 2, can hold 6 non-heavy items in each of your arms... they just stay put in your folds.

3 for hands=Normal….no really
4 fingers, 1 thumb, no size weirdness, and no odd parts. To be honest they’re nice hands to have.
*Grace:4, +2 to making skill of your choice

15 for legs=Red Asphalt
Some how your legs seem to be made of painted metal, concrete, and awesome! Like The gods of some motorcycle gang built your why do you want whisky?
*speed:4, + 4 Drunk skill.

18 for feet= Missile-toes
Nothing says love like explosive toes! Normal looking feet with strangely weapon shaped toes. 10 missiles in all and any extra abilities your feet have may make the missiles more interesting
*stand: 2, +2 gun skill, You can fire each toe off as a explosive projectile by making a gun skill roll. All but your big toes have a 50 move range and do 10 hurt to a 2 move spherical area . Your two big toes have a 70 move range and do 20 hurt in a 6 move spherical area. If you are not bare foot when firing the explosion goes off in your shoes. Any foot mutations that have combat effects (toe fungus, etc) activate at the center of the explosion, taking effect on the next turn. (toes grow back at a rate of one a day)

Job: Noble roll: (1d4) 2 = Light fingers
A plain standard thief, not even goblins can mess
this one up.
*Lie:2, Steal: 3, Run:2

Job: Else roll: (1d8) 2 = Smile
Kind of a peace keeper, and politician. Spends
most of the time smiling and talking. Known for
doing the goblin crowd favorite, piss on babies.
*Goblin ettiquette:2, Lie:2, Steal:1, Goblin

1d6 = 3 arms/hands
1d8 = 4 = Bicep growth - You got more muscles then maybe you should. +1 strong

Extra mutation:
1d6 = 4 leg/feet
1d8 = 2 = Smoking Boils
-You have a/some raised bump(s) on your legs
that are covered with open sores (1 on each per
time acquired). For some reason they’re painfully
hot to touch (only touch) and they give off smoke
at all times. Some believe you may have been
made with machine parts as well as flesh. NOTE:
maybe taken up to 4 times
+1 to speed

1d20 = 7 = Exploding blood
Something in you blood is inorganic and volatile.
While it’s fun to cut yourself and fling your
sanguine bombs at things, being hit in combat
sucks! NOTE: this is worth 3 rolls not 1
*You take an Additional 3 points of fire hurt for
each successful attack that hits you. This appears
as a small explosion. Blood flicked at things
explodes loudly but with out force (all light and
sound, no damage)

it's worth three rolls, so I roll another Job:

Extra job: Else:
1d8 = 3=Fix it
Not so much a job as.....a waste of goblin time.
This “job” is just the name for those who learn a
little bit of everything.
*6 points to spend on the skills of your choice, 1
“other” spell skill (see magic below)

and an extra Mutation:
1d6 = 5 = other limbs
1d4 = 1 = Tail: type 1d4 = 1 (Monkey tail!)

You have been blessed with a long snake like
thing growing from you butt....a tail. What the
tail is good for and what it looks like requires
another roll. NOTE: this mutation counts as 2
roll not one...this is due to usefulness not the fact
you have to roll again to clarify what type of tail.
*Roll 1d4 1= Monkey tail, can grasp and
hold things with tail, but can’t fight with it.

Rolling for an extra flaw to even it out:
1d20 = 13 =
13 = Allergy (to PEANUTS, duhh!)
Some thing, or things, do not rub your system the
right way. Whatever does it to you, the results
are the same, lots of sneezing and coughing. The
only thing lethal about allergies for a goblin is
how hard it is to fight when having a fit. NOTE:
you may take this Flaw ANY number of times
and may either stack or gain a new one.
*Each time you take this flaw either; pick a thing
your allergic to gaining a -1 to rolls when
exposed to it OR add another -1 to an already
established allergy (becoming a -2 or higher)

Skills (6 extra points from fix it +1 other spell skill):
Gun: 2
Lie: 2 + 2
Steal: 3 + 1
Run: 2
Goblin etiquette: 2

Spending them extra points:
Weapon, small: 2
Pick locks: 2
Silent movement: 1
Making: 1 (making peanut-free food stuff!)
Goblin seduction: 2

head #17 = Goat
The sign of a goblin leader….or at least a Satanist’s wet dream. It’s a good head on the shoulders, now if you can keep it there horns and all.
* Think:4, Sense:4, +1 to all mean social skills, +2 to head butt damage.

Torso #5 = Fatty Mc fat fat
You are rolling with fat, while this makes you heavy... you can fight with the best of them.
*tough:3, -1 to heavy items you can carry, +3 to Attack Rolls

Arms #12 = Night-lightmare
You're one scary goblin, your arms are muscular, Imposing, and Glow brightly like they are radioactive! While the only way you can sneak around is if your wearing long think sleeves, you seem to be a wiz at hurting those who get in your way.
*Strong:4, +3 to attack skill (players choice), must cover arms completely in order to hide (if you don't its an automatic failure...not that your character knows that)

Hands #17 = Puppet hands
Your hand belong on a little wooden puppet. They are nice enough, you are better then most at performing and nature...but fire, not your friend
*Grace:3, +2 Know: nature skill, +2 Make:Performance skill, You take 2 extra hurt form fire damage (your hands only!)

Legs #7 = Hollow
Yep they're hollow alright, while they won't help you eat more you can put things in them. Just remember you have to use the hole in the top (so you are putting things down your pants..) and they are prone to breaking...
*speed:2, Can hold 2 extra heavy items (one each leg) or 4 non-heavy, -2 hurt max to each leg!

Feet #15 = Tread lightly
Below your ankle you have a boxy rectangular looking piece of metal and gears, on the bottom of which lies a rubber treaded pad. Not so quiet but are you mobile
*stand:3, +2 dodge skill, +2 Strong when trying to push objects and other living things.

oh by the way Evil, your strong is 3 and your speed is 5....that how those mutations work...hmmmm may need to fix their wording

Yeah, I added those, look, it's the +1 parts:
