Hi all I'm a newbie here, but I have been an active role playing/game for 5 years. I am inteRrested in creating a fantasy/anime style RPG. I just don't know where to start or how to begin. I'm otakuTXgirl88 aka Brittany, and I would like some help creating this game. Thanks

You'll find lots of experienced folks here, if you ask the right questions.
We've talked about heaps of things over the years, have a look through some of the other threads on these forums, use the search function to find some topics that might be of interest.
Of course, we're always open to new stuff too.

otaku is the Japanese term for nerd, TX is Texas or Transmit, girl specifies her gender and 88 tells us her age.
