Ok, I'm ready. I ate my breakfast, took a bath, checked my email and I have enough snacks to survive a nuclear holocaust.

I'm doing the "1 mile ringworld".

Players will be workers of Torus One, a crowded space station, center of the Alliance of Free Planets.

It's done! I've already sent Torus One to 1KM1KT, I also have uploaded it to my webpage, just in case:

Torus One RPG* is a science fiction role-playing game, where all the action
happens in a crowded ring-shaped space station with a circumference of
1609 meters (that’s 1 arcane-mile, for the uncivilized). Here, players will
not be diplomats, space marines or romanticized scoundrels. Instead,
they’ll be the workers that do all the stuff that happens in the background.
Uninteresting, you say? That’s because you haven’t been in Torus One before.

This is more or less how I spend the day:

9:00 pm [GMT-6) - Start research, trying to imagine how big a 1 mile ring world is
10:00 pm - start writing
2:00 pm - eat something, take a break
2:30 pm - continue writing
7:20 pm - writing is done, starts revision of the text
7:40 pm - start layout design and character sheet
11:15 pm - I realize that' everything is done and still have plenty of time, let’s do a couple drawings
11:50 pm - send it to the monkeys

Less than 15 hours! I think I'm improving. And I didn't put my usual disclaimer on how bad I am at English, hopefully no one will notice.

Quite handsomely laid out Mal. I started reading through, not finished yet.

It seems like an enjoyable tongue in cheek game, I wasn't entirely clear on the traits and how their scores are determined, do they come from the same pool as the other stats? Maybe it's there and I didn't really get it.

Reading again the game, yeah... traits aren't very well explained. A couple examples would had done the trick.

On a roll, you can add the value of a trait instead of a job (and now, suddenly, is very easy to explain!)

They are purchased at the same time as jobs, with the 12 points of character creation.

Ah, I see it now. I think I read it out of order and that messed me up, not sure why I did that.

I think I was looking at the jobs, started scanning around for how they should be generated and then went back to the traits which made me not realize they come from the same pool.
