I am going to do a drinking roleplaying game. It will be storytelling driven: who drinks most may decide on the outcome. Setting: you are dwarfs in a tavern and recall the memory of old battles. Maybe your memory will contradict the memory of another dwarf. And there is only one way for a dwarf to decide who is right. Axefight! Sorry, the other thing. Drinking!

Sounds epic, and I definitely feel that alcohol is an EXCELLENT game mechanic.
