Looked at this well -well- after it was posted. It is impressive to see a roleplaying game written to take on something this directly, boldly; almost shockingly. I was rather pleased with the general idea of play, a cross between tarot and go fish. In fact, I think with a little rules tailoring and tweaking to add familiarity to currently established systems, I may be able to make this playable for my standard group.

Absolutely love it. It even forced me to hunt down the art that inspired it and download it to add to the game's place in my digital library. I won't claim that the art, the writing, etc, were all of the most impressive stuff ever... but it was /different/... and I don't get to see different very often, even digging through hundreds of free games.

Not sure what you mean by a directions thing. To download, click on the name Terribly Beautiful, and it will bring up just the Terribly Beautiful entry. Scroll down and click on the .pdf filename to open it (make sure you've got adobe acrobat reader on your computer first). That should get you the game.

The .txt is the old version, before input helped improve the game.
