They get the manufacturing fees and split the profit with you 50/50. You get to set the price. There is no minimum order or onerous contractual obligation. I checked around a bit, and they seem all right. I like the way that their website is set up, especially how the copy is worded. Even looking at the complaints on their forums shows only minor issues, and I'm impressed by the rapid turn-around time on customer service responses. Plus, a lot of their products and practices are green-friendly.
