The 24 hour RPG Project is basically the budding and professional game designer’s equivalent of a triathalon- You put your body, mind and spirit through some major punishment in a race against time, in this case to develop a full, working, playable role-playing game within a mere 24 hours with other peers. Like a triathalon, there’s no “award” for winning; Rather the award is in itself to participate, test yourself, overcome the challenge at hand at your own pace and skill level, and share in the brief glory with your peers. Empty Roads is a collaborative road-trip RPG created for the 2015 Loreshapers 24h design contest. The theme was “Meeting Strangers”.
In Empty Roads, a single protagonist, created and narrated collaboratively by all players embarks on a journey, meeting various strangers along the way, interacting with them, shaping their and her own life. The story is shaped by the cliches and stereotypes of the road movie genre.

Always Lonely, Never Alone is a 24-hour rpg submitted to the 2015 loreshapers contest, meeting strangers. It is about common people suddenly waking up trapped in an unknown complex, the Cage, along with others. Their primary goal is probably to find out how they got there and escape, not necessarily in that order. Above all, though, they have to survive. To do that, they will have to work together, which may prove to be the biggest challenge.

At the ends of the known world, hidden in a sacred cave, there lie a group of ancient semi-divine beings who have remained in the physical plane to assist those who have yet to achieve divine peace. This game tells the stories of the wanderers who seek nirvana, and the enigmatic guides who determine if they are worthy.
Designed in 24 hours for the 2013 “Harder than Granite” challenge. To play this game you’ll also need some tokens, a magic eight ball, and a copy of the “Mandala of All Things”.
Daring Adventures offers quick, no-prep superhero roleplaying, roughly in the style of golden age comics. It’s for the 2013 24 Hour RPG contest, so it’s in pocketmod form and uses no numbers. You’ll need a deck of cards and some tokens to play, plus good eyes and enough patience to read through once before play; the organization was pretty much dictated by the space constraints, so it’s not written to my usual standard of clarity.

They will take turns in trying to gain the King’s favor, but they also must take care of the Kingdom, under attack from an invading army.
