I am in the middle of something I hope will be completely radical.
I am trying to write a Diceless system where the players attributes don't control and define their character as such, but allow them to guide their character(s) by manipulating the story around them.
I'm probably about to be told this is old hat.... but the excercise of it's creation has been fun.

Damn you Sat-Nav, you and your directional Tyranny.....
It's actually radically different from anything I've personally seen save perhaps nobilis,
I do like fate, and there are some vague similarities with the Aspect system but I'm using time in place of random dice rolling to determine event occurance.

Last autumn, there was a lot of work in the RPG Laboratory, tinkering with diceless systems.
This was one of the things that came out of some of our discussions.
I don't recall it ever being tested to see if it was a fun game or if the rules were clear, but we all had a lot of faith in it and then moved on to other projects like typical absent minded people in lab coats. Maybe you will find it helpful.
After a long hiatus, I actually got a chance to play test "Dead and Back", and I'm working on new background info and thinking of some major rules revisions for the third version.
Aside from that, I'm busy looking for a government job, but hopefully I'll have some of my other projects in a more finished state soon.
My game where you play people trying to live their lives and the Fae that get in their way. I just need to get the layout done and then I can get it printed. I'm on getting my second quote from a layout artist (the first one never responded and it's looking like the second isn't either) and if that doesn't work I already have the third lined up. Seriously going to get this done by the end of the year, but the writing is all done. ^_^
Also that means I'll be releasing the CC version of the Geasa rules too. I'm pumped about that.
That means I'm gonna be working on other stuff soon! Woo.
I also do which isn't much, but it's enough for me.
Too bad you have had problems with the layout designers. If this persist to be a problem, I want to take the oportunity to say that I'm also a designer This are some books I have done: If you want to contact me, feel free to do so: http://maledictus.com.mx/eng/contact.html
(sorry for that litte self-publicity)
I'm also working on a new rpg! And this one is going to be big! It will be free to download, but probably would sell it trough POD. It's called Ensueño, would be a fantasy rpg, but based more on works like The Wind in the Willows and the books of Woodland Folk, by Tony Wolf.
