I suppose we could try to hold a symposium on game or document design each weekend. Within that concept, it could either be general theory, or an attempt to focus on a specific game from the archives each weekend. (This would also be a way to stir up interest in the older stuff on 1km1kt.net) On the other hand, we might switch gears from free to commercial games - and what we can learn from them.
Another possibility would be to set up a play by forum game of some sort.
Something Awful already has "Photoshop Phriday", and rpg.net the massive thread of rpg motivational posters, but we could try for some sort of humor post series.
