Is this something you've been working on? Or is it a larger effort by publishing groups? I can't tell from your description.

Didn't knew the new sutff for CC-4.0. And this is a nice effort.

Do you think is needed some kind of legal help? so that it is as clear as possible and most importantly, that clauses can't be misinterpreted.
