Coming to the end of a campaign - what to do?

'Threadromancer' is a portmanteau of 'thread necromancer'. If one loved threads in a way the Church would not approve, that would instead make one a 'threadophile'.

while yes I understood your point, to nit pick..... Necro= death or dead, mancer= magic user. so what you stated was you are a practitioner of thread (aka forum) magic.

I second the blaze o' glory ending. You don't have nearly as many high-level retired pc's running about your campaign setting that way. Plus, it removes the option for the pc's to pick back up where the last campaign left off.
