OK, here I go...what about a game based on being a crime boss during an economic crisis. In this world the "Boss" (an NPC) must deal with keeping appearances up, as this marks the gangs status in the criminal world, but they have no money because no one else does. So the players as member of the gang must attempt to perform "jobs" with little or no resources and face equipment break downs, etc....

I would imagine the game as being more quirky and humorous than serious and dark.

Anyways if any one like this and wants to develop it, its all yours!
