Rollon - Tiddlywiki Table-Rolling plugin

Postby Majyc » Wed May 13, 2009 10:49 pm

is a plugin that lets you roll randomly on tables. The goal of Rollon is to make creating and rolling on tables as easy as editing a wiki, or cutting and pasting from a blog or web page. No need to learn a special table definition language: if something looks like a table (is an ordered or unordered list, or a just series of lines) then Rollon can treat it as a table. You can easily nest table calls, as well, just by including the rollon macro inline in any of the entries of a table.

If you're interested, surf over to the site and look at some of the example tables, and download it and play around with it. Because it's a TiddlyWiki, there's no software to install, its just an HTML page that updates itself in place.

Been toying with the idea of running a tiddywiki while I game. Things often move so fast that I can't remember everything when I take notes at the end of a session. If I were to run a game online, this would be superb!
