Wow. I'm not sure how the NPC apostles will play out - maybe better to have a player range: for 10-15, say. But this could be really really cool. Man, with a selection of nice recipes, you could have a bestseller in this.
Pssst... lemme tell you about Repertoire - oh, merde, that's my cue.
Whew! It's done. The board is, um, sketchy, and there's no way the cards'll fit inside those cells as they are, but that's a layout & design issue.
All the files, plus the required fonts, are balled up together and can be early-downloaded at .
I'm pretty pleased with this; some last-day tweaking removed the endgame and replaced it with a few different kinds of within-game scene, and overall I think it'll make for a pretty thoroughly explored world history.
I find it interesting that I ended up adding in yet another of the rules limitations (colour), not because I had set out to do so but in direct response to a need that came up during the design. That puts me at FIVE of the six rules limitations in this game - everything except the dice one. If that ain't a record, I'll be pretty surprised.
And good fun was had by all. Expect to see this sucker in print, at Gen Con, probably over at the Ad Astra / Driftwood booth.
