(Rules Check) Time is a very subjective thing...

This is a possibility for Time range 5. Is it legal?

Each player has a stopwatch, and can choose whether to let it run or not.
Every time the dice (or whatever random factor) are used, the watches are stopped. The time showing has an effect on play.

When 8 hours have passed - on all stopwatches, combined - the game goes into a brief but explosive endgame.

Note that with four players, this game could simeultaneously qualify for Time Ranges 2 and 5. I bet no-one saw that coming...

When I squint and look at the idea, it seems to fit the rules. Go for it!
