I've been following this, and the setting looks particularly impressive - being like Fallout is no bad thing, but this isn't a derivative work.

Unsolicited advice: If you want to take a leaf out of DiTV when designing this game, don't look to the dice mechanics first, look at Town Creation.

The big thing about exploration in this game is that what is out there is completely unknown. If you can keep that mystery (by not including any maps or explanations for what's out there) while giving the GM a solid system for designing setting on the fly, then you have a winner. In my opinion, for what that's worth.

(And I know it's late in the day to offer advice, but I'm assuming that you'll continue to work on this after the competition is over. I think you should; you have a solid and engaging concept here.)
