What kind of ammunition does ICAR weaponry use? conventional slugs or Bose-Einstien condensate?

Icar has a few types of ammo but none of them are chemical detonation like in C21, nor are they BEC based. Energy weapons are Raw Energy based and Projectile weapons accelerate doped alloys. In the ammo pictures in the rules, it is the entire round that is fired - not just the tip.
