2011 - Dark City / Groundhog Day

I like the way the sleep/restart meme can link these two storylines in a desparate noir style setting where you get a certain amount of real world time to accomplish your goal, before everything starts all over again. Could be played solo or with a group up to about 3-4.

I like the idea that characters have a goal but if they don't get far enough through completing it, the scene restatrts, the physical locations change, but the NPC's and the goal remain consistent.

What are the rules concerning art and graphics? Can these be 'stolen' or borrowed from other places? Assuming of course they are all 'found' within the 24 hour writing window.
