Write an RPG in 24 hours, during November, in the Pocketmod format, without any numbers. Hard enough for you? Run as part of NaGaDeMon http://nagademon.com
Uffa, that was a touch more difficult. When the rules are not as hand-wavey (and damage tracks are involved), it is much harder to fit things into pocket mods. I think SRG! could have benefited from at least two more pocketmod (Weapons, Damage, Defenses; Villain damage tracker for each scene). I may revisit this later in the month (or even outside of the contest).
When all you have is a gun that fires windows, every problem looks defenestratable.
After talking with my playtester (son), it looks like I need to write a Henshin booklet to turn the Pilots into a Power Ranger-esque force.
Rules would include transforming into "Hero mode", summoning Robot Go (hint: the players must shout the phrase), and special weapons for both Hero mode and Robot Go.

It looks fun. I like the team aspect and the built in check boxes for recording damamge to the robot and opponents. In the long run, I'ld like to see expansions with different mechs and different opponents. It'd be fun if you could just print out another sheet of paper and have a whole new model of robot with different pros and cons.
That (different robots with different capabilities) is the plan. I am also looking at making rules expansion like Henshin Robot Go! to cover teams like the power rangers.
After the 24-hour thing is over, I will revisit and rewrite the rules - possibly even break down and add the occasional number.
