The Battle for Yulegar
Yulegar is a huge trade city located on the nexus of three big rivers. For the last hundred years, all three of the kingdoms have treated Yulegar as shared property. Recently the ruling committee of Yulegar has decided that its shared status among the three kingdoms needs to come to an end. Major battles are being fought in the streets and the only path to peace is to simply join one of the three separate kingdoms. The Players play agents of the three separate kingdoms vying for control of three separate entities that make up the decision-making groups.
The first group is the Committee, of the neutral ruling body who currently lord over Yulegar. The second is the Glass society or the high society of the area. The third is Emotion or the people of Yulegar. These three separate groups make up the three bodies of influence in Yulegar and will decide the fate of Yulegar in three days. This game is playable for three hours on three days.

Cultured – This reflects the characters ability to deal with Lords and Ladies
Groundling – This reflects the characters ability to deal with the common man

Sex Appeal – The characters ability to seduce other characters
Bribery – The characters ability to bribe other characters
The stats are opposed to one another like this
Arms/Learned
Cultured/Groundling
Libertine/Loyal
Sex Appeal/Bribery
You take 6pts and divide them any way you like between the two stats with one being the smallest stat and five being the largest.
The game is broken up into three separate segments, not including char creation and the outcome or the vote. The first segment is where the players try to sway the three committee members to vote for them. The second segment is where the players attempt to get as many of the lords and ladies of Yulegar on their side as possible. The final stage is where the players put on a show or party to gain support among the common man.
Your results will be simple. If you have won no committee members then you cannot participate in the vote. If you have one then you get a roll, or if you have two then you get a bonus with the roll. You tally the number of lords and ladies on your side and that is a static bonus to the roll. The final section gives you the type of die you roll to get your results.
So, if you have scored with the common man you roll a D12 then you add the number of supporting Lords and Ladies and get your result. Easy as that.
I am still working on this and I appreciate feedback, good or bad.
