I think you and I e-mailed about this after your post, but I'll lay out my system for posting work for the general public anyway:

First off, if I like your work and you run a website I normally add you to the Links section right off so you can get some hits to your site.

After that I make a new entry page for your submission like this one:

Once the entry page is done, I can post it in the appropriate section and add it to our syndicated feed.

I typically like to add the new rpgs to both the front page and the rpg page, but neither is guaranteed.

The whole process can take up to an hour.

Hope this answers the question. Like I said, I think you and I already addressed it, but this may prove helpful for someone.
