Setting Material Repackaged

I finally got around to condensing and repackaging the material for my game to a PDF format. It's not finished, but in a format that can be easily worked into a finished product now. I'd appreciate any thoughts or comments. It's missing parts and pieces, but I'd like to get some feedback on the feel and direction of the setting.
