I've actually gotten stuck into this picture a few times.

(Not being happy with what I've done to the fish, or the background, or something else.)

I keep coming back to it in each batch of pictures that I cycle through.

I think I'll just have to bite the bullet and run with something.

Regarding the "Alice in Derby Land" images, they're promotional posters for an event being run by a local Roller Derby League.

No, I don't want another picture (unless you wanted to send me another).

I really love this one (and my wife wants it included too).

I just want to make sure I do justice to it.

I'm actually reworking the image now.

That bear looks mighty cute, but...

Sometimes people just don't realise that wild animals, even in safari parks, can get... er... wild. This story was in the British newspapers recently:
http://travel.aol.co.uk/2012/05/04/brit ... th-africa/

According to the article, 'Staff reassured her that two cheetah brothers, Mark and Monty, were hand-reared from birth and completely tame.' If that's tame, I'd hate to see it when it was really wild...

That's why the only animals I like being around are less than twenty pounds in weight, unless they have chronic weight problems.
