I'm in a bit of a gaming/game design slump right now. Not a lack of ideas, modivation! every time I try to go to write...just can get my self to. anyone else run into this?

Absolutely. When I don't feel like writing anymore I go and beat on glowing steel for a few days, or melt some brass. It's a hobby from my hobby!
