Again, thanks for the kind words! I was actually planning on fine-tuning this, but it's presentable as is, so I don't see a problem with eventually updating the mp3 file, and otherwise leaving this as is. Oh, except one thing: Could you link to my blog on this and the other post? rubbermancer.wordpress.com As far as the greater internet community goes, my blog might as well not exist, so it'd be nice to get some more hits on it.
I like it when you get inspired! I like everything about this one. Seriously, it hits a heavy but somewhat stately tone. There's the driving rhythm but at times there is discord.
Glad you dig it! I was really happy with it myself. I think on this one I managed to hit some balances between notable harmony and background role that I've been struggling with, so this was a growing point for me, and will probably change the way I approach tabletop music crafting from here on in.
If you're interested in the traffic that I'm seeing for the files, here are the downloads for August. (I'm getting some discrepancy from my reporting tools.)
One tool says 14 downloads for the Chezbah track the other says 19 9 downloads for chill base 4 downloads for the Kelrath track One tool doesn't mention the high tension track the other says it's gotten 30 downloads.
July I get the same discrepancy, the high tension track doesn't show up on one but it does on the other. 12 for chill base 50 for high tension
June 11 for chill base 21 for tense
I get around 200 downloads of the core book a month. About 50 people download my extended suite of material. There's probably some overlap of the people that download the music and those that are really interested in the game (as opposed to downloading for shear curiosity).
